All sales are final. We do not accept refunds or returns unless it’s an error on our part.

Custom Orders: A deposit of 50% of the total cost of a custom order is due at the time of order placement. The remaining 50% is due before the item ships. If you cancel a custom order while it is in progress, the deposit is non-refundable. 

Shipping is free within the united states on all orders over $20. Due to the weight of some items, some exclusions apply but will be noted in the item description.

Tracking will be provided on all orders except stamped mail. Once an order is in the carrier’s hand, we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
